Kevin Harrison
Director, Transportation Planning
Mr. Harrison is a 1991 graduate of the University of Alabama with a double major in Planning/Geography. He is a member of the Institute of Transportation Engineers, is currently the Vice President of the Alabama Transportation Planners Association, and has been a Planner for the Commission since 1992.
Tom Piper
Senior Transportation Planner
Mr. Piper is a 1992 graduate of the University of North Alabama with a major in Geography. He is a certified Alabama Planning and Zoning Official with the Alabama Planning Institute, and he holds certifications in Geographic Information Systems and in the Fundamentals of Local Planning. He has been a Planner for the Commission since March of 2006.
Monica Williamson
Transportation Planner
Ms. Williamson is a 1993 graduate of Samford University with a major in Public Administration. She earned a Master of Public Administration from University of South Alabama in 1998. She has been a Planner for the Commission since 2007.
Ramya Gampala
Transportation Planner
Ms.Gampala is a 2006 Graduate of Andhra University with a major in Civil Engineering and holds a Master's Degree from Texas Southern University in Transportation Planning & Management. She is a member of the Transportation Research Board and the Institute of Transportation Engineers. She joined the Commission as a Transportation Planner in July 2010.
